Nonlinear Mixed Effect Model Used in a Simulation of the Impact of Climate Change on Height Growth of Cyclobalanopsis glauca

Cyclobalanopsis glauca analyzed by using nonlinear mixed effect model (NLME). results showed that under RCP8.5 emissions scenario, promotion will be obvious. Under RCP4.5 RCP2.6 scenarios, although inhibition intensity not exactly same, still inhibited certain extent, which may lead gradual extinction this species, affecting composition dominant area. indirectly reflect impact diversity future.
